Thyroid feels sore but I am on my normal amount despite my last TSH being 0.02.
Recently my blood test showed TSH 0.02 with normal T4 and T3. The doctor tried to drop my medication but I stood my ground. However I have developed sore thyroid over the last few days. Could it be too much levothyroxine as the doctor said.

Once I start supplementing B12, will my B12 blood tests still be accurate?
I would like to know if blood tests will still be a useful measure of my B12 levels, once I have started supplementing B12. I would be testing active B12. The reason I ask is that I have read pernicious anemia people saying that once they start injections (and supplements too maybe), that the B12 blood

More on D3 supplementation (only if you're really into it)
This may be a bit boring, as well as off-topic; but I was curious; so I looked up a bit more on how much to supplement vitamin D, so as to get the benefits and still be on the safe side.
What's recommended?
In the U.S., the NIH (National Institutes of Health) advises "consumers" to aim for

Leaky Heart Valve and various symptoms
Pleased to have found this group. I recently saw my GP about some loud, intrusive tinnitus. I've had tinnitus for years but this was more severe and a bit worrying. She thought it might be pulsatile and sent me for an ECG, which revealed an anomaly. I then had an echocardiogram, which revealed a leaky

How soon can I re-test folate levels?
After getting a low folate blood test, I have changed my diet to greatly increase folate intake (can't tolerate any folate supplement). How soon can I take another blood test to see if my levels have come up? It has been 3 weeks since I changed my diet.

Thyroid test calculator: Any changes desired?
Hi all, I wrote and support the blood tests calculator (https://thyroid.chingkerrs.online/ ). I am on Jury service for the next two weeks and wonder if there are a few improvements I could work during the expected waits? Some thoughts * toggle (and convert) between international (SI) units and US
