blood test results

I have posted on here before about my son. It started with a rash on his ear which then went to his face (bridge of his nose and eye brows). Around the time the rash started he also had canker sores appear. The rash lasted a couple of months but seems to pretty much have faded, however he is having reoccurring canker sores. He was initially tested for ANA which was negative . We had more blood work done recently and his ana is still negative however he has an anti smith antibody as 2 and SSA level of 3 which they are telling me is still indicated to be considered “normal” range. I am very distraught over this as the doctors are super dismissive. Do healthy ppl have antibodies of anti smith and SSA if they do not have lupus? I have read that anti smith anti bodies are only found in ppl with lupus. He has low levels so they are saying this is in normal range and I am just so confused. Any advice would be much appreciated .
