A dentist who will take into consideration your current medication. But if in the UK and not registered with an NHS dentist and you don't have a dental plan you will have to pay.

Hello

Firstly are you registered with a dentist, either NHS or private ? They will ask you on registering what medications you take. Or they will ask you to update your medical info on appointment arrival. Aspirin makes no difference to anesthetiser. That only needs to be watched if having an extraction. For the Bisoprolol, all dentists have more than one anaesthetic to use and you need to have one without adrenaline in. Just remind dentist before he/she starts the treatment. Particularly if it’s your regular dentist as he/she may not look at medical history so closely first.
