HELP!! FOD Diet and weight loss. Hoping someone out there can help me. I have been on the FOD map diet for about 4-5 years. When I have a flare now I loose weight. I had a bad flare back in Aug/Sept for about 8 weeks! I could not work out what was upsetting me. Finally as a last resort I took

Binge eating
I gained ten lbs in a month. I looked up my bank statement and it was like $50 just for junk food in a month at Casey’s. It’s like I have no control. I’ve been doing better the past couple days but then it’s like something happens and I slide back into it. I was getting down to a weight that I was feeling

Beef Cobbler with Cheese and Rosemary Scones for Lytham's Casserole Off
I apologise for the picture, it doesn't do justice to the casserole, however, in future I would add more stock, as the scones soak up a lot of the gravy. It tastes fantastic! Even if I do say so myself! :D
INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PORTIONS
900g braising/stewing/chuck steak cut into cubes 3 tbsp coconut

A taste of Mexican - Vegetarian Style
My daughter has been coming over each week and cooking a meal for us whilst I’m laid up. This week it was Vegetarian Burrito Bowls. The base is black beans, butter beans, corn kernels, onion and taco seasoning cooked up together and served with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado,

Unsure of what to write
Anyways, I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and also
binge
eating
. I just wonder if anyone else maybe goes through the same thing? I just wonder where in the world did all of these insecurities start for me? It has gotten so out of control That I fear going anywhere in public.

Tinnitus after microsuctioning
Hi there. I'm a recent tinnitus sufferer, having been struggling to cope with it for just over a week. Am REALLY hoping this is a temporary affliction, but the more I read, the more I see it can easily be permanent. Which doesn't help with the stress! So, the brief history: Had both my ears microsuctioned

Swede & carrot fritters
Hi everyone and here’s a pic of tonight’s tea. I made the fritter idea up and although they fell apart a bit, they were well yummy. Chop half a swede and 3 medium carrots into small chunks, steam for about ten minutes then mash with butter. Stir in a fried onion, a large egg and a handful of grated cheddar

Mesalamine side effects
I recently have been diagnosed with UC and have been prescribed rowasa (mesalamine enema) and lialda (mesalamine oral). Bleeding has reduced however has anyone had issues with white coatings on their stool? Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Depressive episode
The ruminating negative thoughts, the
binge

, the lack of motivation, sleeping too much or experiencing the other extreme of insomnia, the feeling of hopelessness, preferring to isolate, and finding no pleasure in anything sums up what I have been experiencing the last three weeks.

Quit for a bit-
As a sideline to my weight loss I’ve just joined Alzheimer’s society quit for a bit challenge (I have a few sponsors) it involves not eating sugar ( sweets biscuits choc) for the month of November. And if you want to the Uber challenge it’s no alcohol too x ❌🍷🍫🍭❌

Xanax withdrawal causing my T. Stops completely when I take it!
Advice and support? Hello. My tinnitus started one month ago. First in my left ear and now both (mainly still the left). Mainly a low hiss, but sometimes a tone. I have had two hearing tests and have no hearing problems. My tinnitus was mainly with me, but I had some days when it disappeared completely

Week 7 run 3 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
A few months ago after 3 months of
binge
eating
and drinking during lockdown I had put on 1 and half stone and couldn’t make it up the stairs without getting out of breath... now I’ve lost that weight and can slog for 25mins... it’s taught me that we underestimate ourselves.
