Hey there. I haven’t tried this community yet, But it says beyond body size so I figured it might have to do
With body image. Anyways, I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and also binge eating. I just wonder if anyone else maybe goes through the same thing?
I just wonder where in the world did all of these insecurities start for me? It has gotten so out of control
That I fear going anywhere in public. Am I the only one grateful for the masks we have to wear, so when I do have to go In public no one has to see my face .

I’m so sorry to hear this, breaks my heart. I’m new here but I can relate since I’m obese. I’m currently on a weight loss journey and if you need any help don’t hesitate to ask. Now in order for you to follow through you must be commuted 1000% not just 100. Reason for this is that you must take drastic measures when it comes to your health. Also remember that weight wasn’t gained over night so losing it won’t be over night just a little reminder but if you set short goals you’ll be completing them one by one and pretty soon you’ll start to gain momentum and by the time you realize what you just did you already lost the lbs. remember that you’re in control of your future, whatever effort you put in. That will be the outcome you’ll receive. So don’t give up just yet, we can will reach that finish line together.
I can definitely relate to some of this! I often also do things to hide or ‘cover up’ and my anxiety on bad days can really reek havoc with my cofidence or wanting to go outside. I haven’t spoken to anyone about binge eating but i think i may have struggled with this I just chose to ignore my behaviour when I was younger. Even though I can’t come with the craziest positivity telling you to love yourself but take it day by day and you’re not alone. I hear you ❤️
