Should I stop any supplements after transfer?
Hi all, Am finally getting to go through my first frozen transfer after 3 cancelled cycles (one fresh two frozen). I'm currently taking a few supplements (have been for at least 9 -12 months) but is there any that I should stop taking the day of or after transfer? I assume most are fine but just wanted

Interferon Alpha 2-a (PEG) vs 2-b,(Bes) exactly what's the diff?
IFN-alpha 2a has a
lysine
at that position 23 while IFN-alpha 2b has
arginine
." In the Besremi image here, the green part is the IFN, and this could be either 2a or 2b. Besremi chose 2b (with
Arginine
) , Pegasys chose 2a (with
Lysine
). Does this matter, who knows.

Can Someone Explain this Paper?
I'm always tweaking my sleep issues and have recently started taking glycine supplements at night. They really seem to help me stay asleep all night. Anyway, just for the heck of it, I googled glycine/B12 deficiency and found a couple scientific papers (most pertaining to chickens) and I found this

Trialling Buprenorphine and Dipyramidole - experience

In a recent thread, the dangers of antioxidant supplementation were illuminated. Excess levels of antioxidants interfere with normal homeostasis and the body´s own mechanisms of fighting cancer. By depleting ROS, one´s ability to destroy cancer cells declines. Particular mention was made of glutathione

Opinions of this supplement please
Can anyone advise as to a better source for L-Arginine and L-Citruline combo without other additives? I've been taking this for awhile and recently heard that Folate (folic acid) is bad for us. Thanks

Agmatine - Uses, Side Effects, and More
What Is Agmatine? Agmatine is a compound naturally formed from the amino acid L-arginine. It is a neurotransmitter found predominantly in neurons. Because it is capable of targeting multiple receptors, researchers are investigating it in the context of a spectrum of complex diseases. — Block NMDA receptor

NAC supp continued
I've been taking it (N-acetyl cysteine) with Dr approval. I tried two short tests last Dec and it seemed to help. My latest test has been going for ~ 2 months and is less obviously successful. At the start in Feb I took 600 mgm while I was still on HU only, at 500. My symptoms got worse (usual malaise
