The Neuroendocrine Connection
Adrenal hormones, sex hormones, and neurotransmitters are functionally interrelated. Changes in sex hormones and adrenal hormones can lead to neurotransmitter imbalances. In turn, neurotransmitter imbalances can affect hormone function. The following tests are recommended to establish your baseline.

Besremi versus Pegasys
This question was raised by Flynn2107 months ago. I looked into it and replied there but it seems worth a new post with the recent FDA approval. PEG and Ropeg (Besremi) use polyethylene glycol (PEG) to control the release of the INF molecule. The earliest INFs had less of a control element and more

Sirtuins and Pd

Want to mange this thing!
I had catheter ablation for supraventricular Tachycardia in March and second one in June. Was told 2nd ablation would fix me, as the Electrophysiologist now knew what to do/where to ablate and would use special mapping equipment and higher powered catheters. He ablated SVT site and found a Flutter site

Possible explanation for lack of hepatic B12 storage
I've seen a few posts on this forum regarding the seemingly inexplicable variations in B12 dosing schedules needed to keep different individuals from experiencing signs of deficiency. Furthermore, it seems that every MD believes one should store enough B12 in the liver for lengthy periods of time without

Prep for FET (thin lining)
Hi team, I've tried to look this question up but I am going round in circles a bit. For people who took/take vitamin E and L-Arginine supplements to prep for a FET (thin lining issues here!) when did you start to take these? I can't quite remember what I did last time but I'm pretty sure I started vitamin

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

Who Wants to Make the Case for UDCA/TUDCA?
Now that I've dropped Glycine CC suggested I focus on TUDCA. Turns out I had tried and stopped TUDCA but circling back it looks like I should have kept it up! The questions I'd like to answer in this thread are: 1: Should I be taking TUDCA and why/why not? 2: How much TUDCA should I be taking? PS: I

Time to Cut Glycine from my Stack? (this would include GlyNAC)

L-arginine
Did anyone take L-arginine on the lead up to FET and during the TTW? Did you continue it after positive test result? Or did you stop taking it? I think I should stop but I’m just not sure….. I had a faint positive line this morning, 8dp5dt. It’s really early days but I’m just not sure if I should continue
