I can’t use
antihistamines
for it because they are making me very depressed and also don’t seem to be working- I seem to react to every antihistamine going and not found one that will help.

Ruled out allergies...so now what?
She said she wouldn't even recommend that I take
antihistamines
as they are very unlikely to make any difference to me. The truth is, I've never had other hayfever symptoms just the breathlessness. No itchy eyes running nose etc.

Hi all I wondered if anyone had any knowledge on the effects of stopping steroid nasal sprays for 3 weeks then changing to another brand? Would this restart asthma symptoms? I had a new asthma diagnosis and felt very lucky to become to be under control for 5 weeks! Taking : 100 fostair 4 puffs a day

PV pinching - seriously can’t take it!
I have tried OTC and prescription
antihistamines
; Beta alanine; Zyrtec & Zantac; photo therapy (even bought my own panel); tanning sessions (before hydroxyurea) ; I’m on 500 mg hydroxyurea every second day. I drink a lot of water; I’ve cut out foods that can cause histamine flare ups ...

Botox /fillers with autoimmune disease
Hi All, I had Cosmetic Botox for the first time a week ago, all has been fine and I’m happy with the results. However, I’ve been looking into having fillers and one on Doctors website he says he won’t do fillers or botox on anyone with Graves or Hashimoto’s because the autoimmune disease could cause

Anyone experiencing sore, swollen eyes?
Hi everyone, I’ve been diagnosed with seronegative RA and for the last year I’ve been getting red soreness and swelling around my eyes. I’m trying biologics (Cimzia didn’t work, now 10 weeks into Amgevita with no great relief). I’ve been given a few month-long courses of Prednisolone to manage flares

Any advice a month after diagnosis?
Read that this can be a side effect and treating myself with
antihistamines
, which just about takes the edge off. Don’t really know what to do next. Reply (0)

UP and food intolerances
Hey guys, I have UP and have recently been experiencing periods of fatigue particularly in the early afternoon and evening. I’ve never had any known allergies but I’m wondering whether high histamine foods might be triggering my mast cells and this could be related to the fatigue. Has anyone else had

Severe allergic reaction to levothyroxine
All the advice they give is to take
antihistamines
with my levo. The pharmacy said they could give me liquid levo. But the cost is prohibitive. All the information from NHS website says to stop taking Levothyroxine if you have an allergic reaction, as does the leaflet with the levo.

Mystery swelling
Antihistamines
do not help either. I just don’t know what is going on with my body or where to start or who to even ask to see for this. I had thought it could be an allergy but there’s no contact rash or hives just internal swelling and all the time it seems.
