Has anyone been diagnosed with hashimotos and had low bp and high pulse rate?

i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and ibs 20 years ago. Every couple years my health just getting worse. Thought it was crohns for a long time. But now wondering if it could be hashis untreated. Now i am only able to keep food in me if i take antihistamine with it. The other alarming thing is my whole life apart from when i was pregnant (bp was high) my bp and pulse always very very normal... 120/64! This past year bp is around 90 or below and pulse 91 walking around the house but today walking 10 ft its up to 102. If anyone has any suggestions or advice i would be seriously greatful. thanks for reading

Did your doctor test your tsh? Are you on synthroid? Maybe dosage has to be adjusted. See how that measures and check in with an endocrinologist. Best to get expert advice.

im on levothyroxine doctor says its fine. As i get older, symptoms getting to the point of not being able to even take care of myself for the most part. My pulse shoots up when standing. yet my bp stays low.

Should have your primary care physician investigate all causes for you and address as needed. Hyperactive thyroids can cause rapid heartbeats but you are hypo. May or may not be thyroid related.
