Increase Prednisone?
Rough week... I got as low as 12.5 because of Rheummy pressure...had splitting headache and eye pain which I posted earlier...he said he didn't think it was from GCA...I am pretty much ignoring him now, just need him to keep refilling my prednisone. Anyway, I went back up to 15 mg, and got slightly

Hello, new here looking for guidance
As an aside - my dentist did an xray a couple of days later and said my sinuses were cloudy, gave me
antibiotics
and a nasal decongestant spray - no change to the headaches so I am assuming they are related to the tinnitus, although I do get that sliding pain feeling when bending down or cough etc.

pain deep in vagina after peeing
I’ve been to the doctors and tested for UTIs and even given
antibiotics
, but it’s negative and the medicine doesn’t help.

I’ve been very fortunate not having had a chest infection since my COPD diagnosis 4 years ago and before then I rarely needed
antibiotics
and, if I did, amoxicillin always did the trick!! So, this latest infection has been a steep learning curve.

Very unusual for me blood test results. Any ideas of what would explain it?
In December 2022 I was prescribed
antibiotics
. I didn't want to take these because of concern for my kidneys, and even told my doctor. The result was I had a pretty bad stomach reaction, which turned into something like an IBS flareup. I'm not sure, because there are still a few tests to take.

White discharge from Penis, usually first thing in the morning.
Following a serious urinary tract infection and two courses of
antibiotics
. I've been left with a white discharge leaking from the head of my Penis. Sometimes feels blocked at the tip, but if I squeeze it, there will normally be a white discharge.

I think, I get over Behçet disease.
I consulted doctor for many times and they always suggested me to use either
antibiotics
or aciclovir. With time, my situation became worse, and in January 2021 I was really ill, I had a big genital ulcère. Since then, I started to have a pain inside my tummy.

Partner diagnosed with emphysema
- and, following a routine follow-up with his GP a couple of weeks ago, was given
antibiotics
for a week because she thought he might still have a chest infection. There were visible signs of improvement, especially in the first few days.

We've changed lots of stuff this time - I'm on levothyroxine and prednisolone and we've done intralipids and I went through several courses of
antibiotics
after our EMMA test was poor. Hoping all that is enough to make the difference!

antibiotics and AFib
Currently I have a cold and a bad cough and the GP put me on
antibiotics
on Monday and am wondering if that is something to do with this change. Is this a usual occurrence and is it to be expected in the blanking period?

Silent Aspiration? Chest Infection
Recently she has been treated with
antibiotics
for a chest infection because she is coughing and appears to be choking on the secretions which can be heard clearly in her upper throat/ chest area. Her lungs appear to be clear and her oxygen saturation 96-98% which is fine.

Penis pain/ED: could it be fungus?
Another doctor suspected a prostate infection and put me on
antibiotics
for a whole month. It didn’t work. I stopped seeing the girl and I started self-medicating (anti fungal cream and coconut oil).

General query!
Most recent bout needed 2 lots of
antibiotics
to help clear. As these are chest / respiratory related I just wondered if when you have afib you are more susceptible to these kinds of illnesses? Hope that makes sense! Thanks
