Thyroid treatment kicking off withdrawal
I am so much better since starting self treatment with T3. This question is about detox, though. Very long story and i won't bore you with it. Basically i've had a dreadful time getting off amitriptyline, as i proved to be terribly sensitive to it. It took 5 years, i kid you not, including some truly

Hi everyone, I am a long term user of Citalopram and I also take Amitriptyline to treat nerve pain in my feet. Recent ECGs have shown a long QT caused, my GP says, by this combination of medication. I halved my dose of Amitriptyline and my ECG was normal but my nerve pain returned. I went back up to

Allergy problem with Amidoamine
I've been diagnosed as being allergic to Amidoamine (Stearic acid) Does this mean I'm also allergic to Cocamidopropyl Betaine which is derived using Amidoamine and is in virtually all soap/shampoo/body wash products. Cocamide DEA is out of the question as it's supposed to be a Carcinogen. Any help appreciated

I've lost a lot of weight and my muscles, plus my skin on my body is looser, and my hair hasn't grown in length for a year.
How do we gain our weight back. I take minerals, Magnesium, boron, bee pollen. I want to take my nordic naturals cod liver pills for vitD/A and liver pills for b vitamins but it messes with cardopa/levadopa absorption even if I take 2 hours away protein stays with me for a long time. I tried one Betaine

Amitriptyline, does it help?
Hello. Has anyone been given Amitriptyline for Endo and bowel pain? My gynaecology prescribed it previously and I took it for a couple of days but it made me feel terrible. She has referred me to a gastroenterologist as she thinks the Endo may be in the bowel. He wants to prescribe the same but I’m dreading

Still learning about this fibro
Thanks for that. I’ve only just been diagnosed but I suspect I’ve had it a while but until this last bout I thought it was Rhumatoid arthritis. The amitriptyline certainly help damp it down . I’ve changed my holiday plans I was going at the end of the month in a trailer tent I ve changed the dates

Help I feel so lost and lonely
My husband has been in prison since July of last year and I’ve had a lot to deal with. I suffer with depression and anxiety. I had a blip where my heart started racing due to being on Amitriptyline. Was prescribed Propanol which has helped no end. Why I was so tired and achy was due to me being anaemic
