I am in chronic pain and its unbearable. I live in Perth Australia - moved here 8 years ago from Hong Kong and I'm terribly homesick and lonely... The pain is isolating me from all of my friends. It's like I'm being burned alive (nerve pain). I have tried everything. I saw a new pain specialist 10 days ago and he put me on ketamine lozengers. I don't want to be stonesall the time and as I am now wheelchair bound, fall out of it. I just want to get out of pain. I'm very small - about 4'11 and light so I wonder if the lozengers will affect me more. It's a struggle to go on most days.

I really feel for you. I too am in pain all the time but you sound worse than me. Just wondering could you have pain killing injections? Do you hurt all over? I take it you don't work anymore? I had to take ill health retirement last year, everyone at home and work were absolutely brilliant. I do hope you've got a good support network, it really does I help. Try and get someone to go to your appointments with you as they can be an advocate for you. Love and healing hugs to you Lynne xxxx

Eleano can you get CBD oil? Many people swear by that? Could you move back to Hong Kong? If you are sad that will affect your pain. Best wishes Sharon..try lower dose lozenges ?

Yes. I have tried that but it didn't work. I'm hoping the lozengers will but I'm so confused - do they work straight away? Does the body build up a tolerance. I'm pinning my hopes on them. I am on a very low dose which spaces me out

Personally after I got spiked with it in a club i couldn’t ever take it for pain relief but I have heard a lot of success stories with the lozenges so fingers crossed they work for you x
