Hello Everyone, I'm new here. im only 35 yrs old male, Im also a new fibro patient. in the last 6 months has been very depressing because this is awful condition, however, I have been misdiagnosed for over 2 years, when chronic pain became part of my life, not sure is to do with due to a sport injury I had in the past or life stress or both really! but in the last 6 months, my whole life changed to be more difficult since I found out that I have what is called "Fibromyalgia" chronic pain, IBS, fatigue, Anxiety, depression and bursitis in hip, shoulder and heel, my tender points are currently s18
My biggest issue now is my mental health and bursitis that keep getting in various places, in the last 6 weeks I have been suffering from restless legs and also I believe I have bursitis near my both foot heel. it is a killer one, as I can't walk or stand for long.
I would like if anyone can share with me what best medication to take for foot or heel pain? what best for the anxiety and depression? as im going to see my GP tomorrow.
I'm currently on the following:
50mg pregabalin 3 times a day
50mg Tramadol 2 to 3 times a day
10mg Amitriptyline one to take at 7 pm
10mg baclofen 10m 2 to 3 times
Antiinflammatory meds when I have bursitis, like Diclofenac and naproxen.
of course, there are supplements
Magnesium, calcium, Vitamine D, B complex, B12, Omega 3
What is missing in this stack? what else I can do or take to improve it?
Many thanks to all.

Welcome to a wonderful forum. It has been 19 years since my diagnosis. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia at the same time. I'm a complex trauma survivor. As far as your meds. I take 50 mg amitriptyline at bedtime. I used to take pregabalin, but since I have hypothyroidism, the weight gain from pregabalin, is not worth it to me. I took 900mgs daily before ending that med. You sound as though you have a good foundation of medications going for you. Sleep is key to feeling better in the mornings. Unfortunately insomnia is an addition to this lovely diagnosis of fibromyalgia. During flare ups it can be worse for some. IBS is something that unfortunately comes along too. Probiotics have helped me. Eliminate soy because it increases inflammation. Only omega 3's... no 6 or 9's. They too cause inflammation. Always know you have a wonderful outlet here. We are all in this together. Hugs lovie!! Glad to help in anyway I can
I'm glad to help others as much as possible. This chronic condition is always changing, or new things come out as the medical world learns more about it. Bottom line it is real, and even though it doesn't satisfy the visually convinced population, we live with this everyday. I have always found this forum to be helpful in so many ways. Unfortunately I have my fibro set backs too, but I realized I needed more support from my fibro peeps.. I'm glad to be back.. hugsxx
Sorry to hear you are suffering as you do ..and welcome to the right place for advice .. also comfort and support ...
I can sympathise with the pain side of things and with the depressions and anxiety .. I am on a high dose of anti depressant and various pain killers but I try to just work through the pain and rest as much as I can when it is bad ......
My worst part is the depression and mood swings . Low to high in seconds and vice versa....
I wish you well and you will get plenty of help here
