Thanks for that.

I’ve only just been diagnosed but I suspect I’ve had it a while but until this last bout I thought it was Rhumatoid arthritis.

The amitriptyline certainly help damp it down .

I’ve changed my holiday plans I was going at the end of the month in a trailer tent I ve changed the dates to August as I just couldn’t face it . I hope the weathers better by then and also my enthusiasm to go . Hope you feel better soon x

Hello there and welcome, hopefully by August the weather will be nicer and make you feel like taking that break , last few weeks not so nice, yet again heavy rain/damp here today in Suffolk😀does seem to aggravate my fibro , would be nice to sit and chill with morning cuppa and feel the Sun for alittle while, I’m thinking end of August for a break too as not really been brave enough last couple of years to go away, I actually booked to go to Somerset last October and got shingles, we can only but try, hope you enjoy reading and chatting here on the forum. X
