Management of my FIBROMYALGIA
I have an appointment with my neurologist at the end of next month with the hope of managing my fibro at the moment I am taking 70mg of zomoph 2 times a day and topping up with paracetamol which isn't doing too good to help with my pain does anyone think that ketamine would be a better option to talk

I've been circumsized 3 days ago and my penis is still healing. Is the inflamed thing on the back of the head of the penis normal?
Hello, I've just been circumsized for 3 days ago. And I just wanna ask if my penis is fine and healing properly. The only thing I'm worried about is about the swollen (and kinda inflated?) thing in the back of the head of my penis, I'm afraid it might be an infection. I'm consuming my medical treatments

Alternative pain relief
Hello ladies. I've been struggling for over a week with horrendous pain, that my usual endo pain meds are not even touching. I went to the doctor and he wasn't all that helpful, just suggested I take paracetamol as all that is left for me is surgery (I feel like I'm waiting forever for this). I do the

Reflux symptoms suppressed by antidepressants?
Hi, Hope everyone is well. Could anyone please share if they have had good results of taking antidepressants to treat functional heartburn symptoms: regurgitation and burping, etc. I’m also starting to get pains in my chest again- really sharp. My functional heartburn is not under the acid reflux

IBS D & Imodium plus possible Eye problem?
Hi, first time posting here but desperately need some advice. I’ve suffered from IBS for over 20yrs. I’ve had loads of blood tests, scopes, (last colonoscopy 19 months ago), loads of biopsies and everything is clear. I believe mine is stress related, I’m on sertraline (anxiety) and amitriptyline (bowel

How do you manage your pain?
Good morning all, I was recently diagnosed with Fibro but haven't had much help with managing pain. Was wondering if anyone has been referred to a pain management clinic ? I take Amitriptyline at night but they leave me quite sleepy and lethargic the day after, and I am a lecturer so cannot really afford

Anyone tried Hydroxychloroquine for Fibromyalgia?
Hi, I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Myofascial Pain, IBS and Psoriatic Arthritis. I've tried all the DMARDS for the latter with either little success or suffered side effects. I'm awaiting sleep studies for potential sleep apnoea. I sleep a minimum of 9 hours a night but still feel unrefreshed on waking

I've been refused any scans or imaging, and have been fobbed off by my GP. The NHS has failed me.
I'm a 27-year-old female and have been having symptoms since August 2020. I'll summarise my current situation (please see my previous posts for more detailed explanations). I've been having constant pain in my lower left abdomen near the hip bone. I can feel a lumpy area there (possibly my colon). The

Medication induced tinnitus
I was prescribed beta blockers for heart palpitations 5 weeks ago, and had been taking amitriptyline for pain relief for the last 3 months. Noticed low level tinnitus in the evenings a couple of months ago, but was always gone by the morning. Then 3 weeks ago woke to raging high pitched tinnitus in
