Chronic endometritis
Hey lovely ladies! My question today related to endometritis/chronic uterine inflammation. I have done 4 hysteroscopies so far (two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023), each time the inflamed endometrium came out, with a "strawberry" appearance. After the tests, I came out positive for Ureaplasma (at

Emotionless towards IVF
I wrote a couple of months ago about donor eggs etc as I was pretty certain my ovaries had turned to dust. I ended up having an MOT in July and my AMH came back slightly higher (3.3 vs 2.2 and 1 in 2021) and follicle numbers looked good - such a relief. My partner’s sample also improved, but morphology

I’m currently undergoing follicle tracking on natural ovulation for PCOS. I’ve had 4 miscarriages due to low progesterone so need to go on the pessaries as soon as I get pregnant, as my problem is the embryo is implanting but soon miscarries as I can’t maintain my lining for some reason. Anyway, I had

desperately need advice on clinics that specialise in over 40 and low AMH
Hi all I urgently need some advice on clinics which specifically help women over 40 with low AMH and men with low sperm. I am 40 with a very low AMH of 0.3 and my partner has low sperm which is under 1 million with low mobility. We have had 9 attempts at IVF all at the same NHS clinic (we are now

Stage 4 fibrosis of the Liver
I contracted Hepatitis A in 2020, undiagnosed for 2 months. Six months later I was told I had NALD and last year I was sent for ultrasound scans and blood tests to check for cancer. In March this year, I was told I had Stage 4 Fibrosis of the liver. Does anyone know if this can be reversed, any treatments

How to increase FSH
Hello all. So I have been battling with fertility issues for years. Already had a round of IVF which wasn't successful. A doctor has advised that I have incredibly low FSH which is why I'm not producing eggs for ovulation. The question now is how can I improve that ? I have normal thyroid function

Endocrinologist open to Tirosint (t4) and t3 Medication in the UK
Hello! I am moving to the UK and am currently finding the optimal dose for hypothyroid using Tirosint (t4) and Cytomel (t3). If available: Please message me any endocrinologist recommendations who would help prescribe these medications in the London Area? And pointers of now to navigate receiving Tirosint

Strong fluoride toothpaste
Hi all. I have just been prescribed Duraphat toothpaste by the dentist, which contains 5000ppm of fluoride (as sodium fluoride). She wants me to use it once per day at bedtime and not rinse afterwards. I think I can remember something on here about too much fluoride having a negative effect with Hypothyroidism

10 years to live?
So I was at the Hemo/onco last week. I kind of jokingly asked him, "So do you think I will live another 10 years?", and he said "Maybe". Now before you get mad at him, he did, of course, quantify that no one knows, and no one can predict the course of the disease exactly yada yada BUT, he thinks

Starting T3
Hi all, I’ve been prescribed T3 starting at 2.5mcg three times a day with a view to increasing to 5mcg three times a day (building up to the three times a day by adding 2.5mcg at a time). The thyroid gp seems to think I may need more than that eventually. Feeling nervous about it.. Does this sound ok

Can you get Thybon Henning T3 on NHS?
Hi, I have been sourcing Thybon Henning T3 with a private prescription for a few years. (100mcg Levo with 5mcg T3). My Gp has now retired and new GP has referred me to friendly NHS Endo who has agreed to do a joint care plan with GP and prescribe T3 on NHS. Initial consultation suggested I change
