Urine infection

Have had problems passing water recently and after being told it was because I was constipated dr decided to request urine sample last week which was done Thursday- have had text from dr today that I have urine infection e-coli ( I am on Methatraxate which weakens the immune system) and antibiotics prescribed.My test results show

408.0 u/l Urine microscopy pus cells

5.0 u/ Urine microscopy red cells

12.0 u/l Epithelial cell count

2.0 u/l Urine microscopy -casts

I have no idea how good ( or bad) these results are and wonder can anyone assist .

My doctor has not discussed them with me and since getting the infection ( which I may have had for weeks as a previous dr visit for problem I was not given urine test) I have had increasing fatigue and breathlessness.
