Hello! I am moving to the UK and am currently finding the optimal dose for hypothyroid using Tirosint (t4) and Cytomel (t3).
If available: Please message me any endocrinologist recommendations who would help prescribe these medications in the London Area? And pointers of now to navigate receiving Tirosint, t3 medication, or custom compounded thyroid in or around the London Area.
Thank you so much!

With any recommendation that you get, it is advisable to complete further research yourself before making a decision.
It is a good idea to have thyroid blood tests (TSH, FT4 and FT3) alongside key vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and vit D) prior to your appointment. This allows you to discuss the results with the endo at the first meeting.
As mentioned in reply to your previous post asking the same question, Tirosint and Cytomel are not brands of thyroid medication that are available on prescription here in the UK.
Whilst you may be able to get a UK brand of T3 prescribed when you arrive here, we do not have Tirosint nor anything like it. The usual T4 prescription would be for tablets, or in specific special circumstances, liquid thyroxine may be a possibility.
Just in case your post attracts a PM fro the scammers that lurk here I will post this warning and hope that you action the suggestions in the post.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! When you receive a message with a recommendation, please do not assume it is genuine!
Scammers are joining the forum on a very regular basis and messaging members with their assertions that they have successfully purchased xyz medication from zyx source.
Once you have what you think may be a genuine recommendation, you are strongly encouraged to message an Admin to ask whether the admin team have any feedback on the source you've been given.
⚠️ Don't part with your much needed money until you are as sure as you can be that the source is genuine.
