Hi all.I am almost 52. Diabetic since over 5yrs,take diabetmin (metformin HCL)&Daonil (glibenclamide )..I am also hypertensive, since over 15yrs,usually 140/90,I presently take zestoretic 20mg& norvasc 10mg.weight - 102kg,5ft7inch height.have plenty weight gathered in stomach region(52inch round).FBS

Hi All,i found a web site and a doc who recommended a calf exercise standing on the balls of your feet to the count of two times 20 twice a day it has loosened up mine so now if i feel it coming on during the day i do some more and it keeps it at bay for quite a long time so hope this helps
