Hi Erona, I take pregabalin, oxycodone, cocodamols and Pramipexole . Allergic to anything else. I find that none of these relieves it. I am now trying the exercises. Cheers Jimeka

Hi, I too have very tight calves which has resulted in me getting plantar Faciitis. I was wondering if it was just me. I also suffer from fasciculations in my legs most of the day and was wondering if you also have this problem? I have been doing stretching exercises to help calves and feet but the podiatrist says it is going to take months to sort out my feet.
Hi,i have cerabella ataxia +rls i have had stiffness in my calfs for ages,i know it hurts like hell when first started the exercises but seeing the benefits now
I have tight calves, numb feet, my arms neck and fingers are piafull too I wear elasticated stockings to ease the pain Iv had RLS for 9 horrible years But the doctors don't know they saying Iv got Fibromyalgia now too
I had to look that one up: A fasciculation /fəˌsɪkjʉˈleɪʃən/, or muscle twitch, is a small, local, involuntary muscle contraction and relaxation which may be visible under the skin. Wikipedia I was always told that muscle twitches can be caused by calcium and/or magnesium deficiencies. Wondering if this is different from just regular muscle twitches.
