Weird sensations and anxious about it.
HI everyone, new to the community although I stumbled on some conversations from time to time by using Google to tell me if I'm Ill.I had a panic attack 2 weeks ago and by that time I had palpitations and higher blood pressure than usual.I was scared so much I was googling my symptoms just to feel better

Weeks 39 & 40: DEXCOM and FREE sensor on its way (Semanas 39 & 40: DEXCOM y sensor LIBRE en su camino)
Sorry this took a while to type up, but things have been keeping me extremely busy lately...... It's been those kinds of days when everyone and everything seems to go faster than you do. Lamentable esto llevó un rato para escribir a máquina, pero las cosas me han estado guardando muy ocupado últimamente

WHAT TIME IS BEST for taking my Levothyroxine, please?
Hi all, I was diagnosed on Monday as having Autoimmune Thyroiditis (AITD) with Subclinical Hypothyroidism (SH). Although I am not celebrating being ill, I'm thrilled to bits to finally have a DIAGNOSIS! 😂 For 6 MONTHS I've pushed my GP and 8 specialists for an FTF, suffering and being sent from pillar

Week 7 - Taking Laura's advice!
I woke up on Friday morning all set to go to the gym and do W7R2 on the treadmill (as I had with all the other runs until now). Then I looked outside and saw the beautiful blue sky and remembered Laura's advice about mixing it up a bit for the longer runs and trying running in the park rather than on

Week 37: DEXCOM (Semana 37: DEXCOM)
During week 37, this is what had been going on for me with the DEXCOM. I'm going to see how much can be written before I have to get ready for lunch today. Durante la semana 37, esto es lo que me había estado continuando con el DEXCOM. Voy a ver cuanto se puede escribir antes de que me tenga que preparar

anxity
I feel constantly drained of energy and really struggling to get through the day. It makes my anxiety worse because I have this fear I'll just collapse or shut down completely. It feels very much like I will collapse. I feel like I don't have the energy to stand or to think. When I do try to think

Painful shoulders
I seem to be asking advice a lot lately. I'm not sure if this is a polymyalgia or RA thing as I have been told I have both. I suffered with my shoulders when first diagnosed with pmr two years ago. They responded to 15mg pred very quickly and haven't been too bad most of the time. The last few weeks

Monday, model ...and a mountain.
Okay...maybe not a mountain, but it was a hill that I swear wasn't ever there before! Set off Monday morning, fairly early, but not too early. A bright crisp morning, with just a hint of a nip in the air, but not enough to deter the hardy snail! A frost on the cars and on the grass but not the pavements

DEXCOM: Week 34 (DEXCOM: semana 34)
So, this is week 34 of using the DEXCOM. Sorry I hadn't had the chance to sit down and type this sooner, but I was really busy. De este modo, esto es la semana 34 de usar el DEXCOM. Lamentable no había tenido la posibilidad de sentarme y escribir a máquina esto más pronto, pero estaba realmente ocupado

Week 33: DEXCOM (Semana 33: DEXCOM)
This evening, after dinner and a call to the DEXCOM company, it was necessary for me to change my sensor a day before because the sensor wouldn't work even with giving it the 3 hours to come back on its own. It is a shame because I had some high hopes that it wouldn't come down to me needing to call

Pain relief ideas
I don't know what to do any more. I have been taking so many pain killers recently and the pain doesn't seem to change at all...I am starting to think my body is immune to them... Currently I am taking 60mg morphine a day as well as 150mg of Pregabalin and Co-codamol. I have a hot water bottle or heat
