I’ve been an afibber since May, happened in Spain on holiday. On tablets and have had a couple if normal months. After reading about some of you going on holiday and no problems I plucked up courage to go with hubby in our new caravan to Italy, not far cos we are in the alps. The week itself was lovely

I feel so lost,I feel everything I do or try always ends up the same, each day I wake up is a struggle, all that goes through my mind is to end my life,I can't see anything getting any better jus worser and it's me that's causing it all,I just really don't want to be in this world anymore and it hurts

Broken veins
Good morning all.I hope you are all as well as possible. I had a hear attack with one stent 15 months ago and recently I have noticed a lot of broken veins and purplish bits on my feet and ankles which seem to be spreading to my legs I was wondering if. this might be to do with either Bisoprolol or Ramipril

Just take the tablets and go away
I feel the care I have received has not been the best,The gastro I was referred to first and the one giving medication for Pbc.Openly admitted he knew very little about the disease. I had to get my own appointment for the heptologist as they had lost the original doctors request for an appointment ,

Borderline...new here.
Hello all...I am new here and new to voicing online--...have had borderline low Thyroid numbers since 2011 and feel GP wants to start me on some kind of Thyroid Meds. I do not want to be on anything and am currently reading Thyroid Healing book by Anthony William. My recent numbers I do have to share

Starting to think a half marathon might not be a crazy idea...
Today I accidentally did 16k in one go. You know, totally by accident, not at all because my Zombies, Run app decided to reboot itself and lost all the previous data meaning I'd have to start again from scratch when I promised myself a nice easy 8k walk after work tonight! Grr! Feeling disheartened but
