Hello all...I have now bought the BetterYou Dlux vit D+k2 3000IU (75ug?) ...dosage just says “use 3 sprays a day” ...plus Solgar magnesium citrate..two tablets give 400mg. Can anyone tell me please if it is ok to take the 3 sprays all at the same time or do I need to spread it out through the day and the same with the magnesium..should I take both tablets at the same time? Sorry to be a pain but I have never supplemented vitamins and minerals before so I don’t want to do it wrong.

Does it say take the spray in divided doses, doesn't sound like it? As I take a 5000iu D3 softgel, there isn't a problem with taking a high dose all at once.
You could divide your magnesium doses, again does it say on the bottle? I take a mag citrate powder and take about a 400g dose all in one go. Not a problem for me.
Hi SeasideSusie..no it doesn’t say if the dose should be divided on either and all I can recollect is that it’s better to take the magnesium later in the day as it is a calming supplement. I’m probably making a mountain out of a molehill...I guess maybe if it mattered,the instructions would be made absolutely clear. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
I think you can take all three sprays together. I love BetterYou products. I would do one under your tongue and the other two inside each cheek. Just my preference. You could contact BetterYou and double check? They've always replied to me if I ask a question.
I had been taking the same spray and take the recommended dose all at the same time. I take my magnesium at night, it's calming & helps me sleep. It's also good for constipation, and the heart & other muscles.
