List of Allergies and Painting
As mentioned yesterday to Schenks, here is my painting (or one of them). What I am really posting about is if anyone remembers a post of a list of allergies that happen with the deterioration of Thyroid. It was posted about 2 or 3 years ago and I have looked via the search facility, but cannot find

Frustrated
I've been feeling more and more anxious recently...more so than normal. Which is annoying as I thought that the medication I was taking was working. I suffer from hayfever which gets me down a lot - it's like having a constant cold...and makes me feel so irritable. I also suffer from hayfever induced

Summer cold
Morning all ..... After a trip to the hospital last Friday for bloods and a skin prick allergy test, using public transport, I've picked up a stinking cold..... Feeling annoyed because I've been really careful where I've been and used antibacterial lotions !!! Fingers crossed it didn't spread to you

To many allergies!!!!
Allergies sick of them!!!! I don't know if anyone is having problems with their allergies. I am allergic to all dairy, eggs, almond milk , all oils and even avocado. I think I might start eating BUGS. My weight is at 104 right now any suggestions for a substitute for oils.

afraid to die of allergy reaction
This period I am so afraid to die of an allergy reaction.. I know what I'm allergic too, and I never eat it. But since I started having this anxiety I have fear of eating food otherwise I feel I will die of an allergy reaction... I lost so much food because I eat little and mostly when I don't feel that

Kinetik Allergy Reliever
Has anybody used the Kinetik Allergy Reliever, and what sort of response have you had. I bought mine last December and started to use it. My hayfever symptoms have drastically reduced, however I do not think the pollen count is very high due to the wet weather and I am waiting for a spell of hot weather

Can high pollen effect stable asthma when not a hay fever sufferer?
Having being diagnosed with asthma a couple of months ago, a few blips stabilising etc I have recently felt like my 2x symbicort am and pm have enabled me to be OK for a good few weeks now. I don't suffer from hayfever at all but wondering if high pollen counts can effect breathlessness? I can't fathom

Problem with pollen
Have been feeling fatigued over recent weeks when I run. Wonder if it's due to hayfever allergy, especially bad with the grass one at the moment. I take the cetirizine tablets but, do they work? Has anyone else got the problem?

Food Intolerances could be sabotaging your health
I'm a firm believer that lying under our Autoimmune Thyriid problems are food intolerances - a lot of the symptoms are the same. Since I diagnosed my food intolerances and removed them all these symptoms have miraculously disappeared 😀 http://www.bustle.com/articles/55092-5-surprising-signs-you-may-have-a-food-intolerance

Just out of hospital
So the last 10 days have been full of new experiences for me. I am classified as mildly asthmatic, but the last few months i have struggled on and off. The main culprits are chest infection, cold. Last week I got a cold. Before I even knew that my chest was reacting, and then it was a matter of getting

Lectins - very interesting read
Explains how the most common food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, peanuts, legumes, nightshades etc) can all be related to lectin intolerance: http://www.krispin.com/lectin.html Do dietary lectins cause disease? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1115436/

afraid to eat..
For the past 2 weeks I have developed another fear that I can get die from eating any kind of food. That is because of the fact that I am very allergic to certain products and have seasonal allergies in april and may. And now, I feel like any kind of food can lead to an allergic reaction which can result

Possible reason why alcohol and AF do not mix - inflammation
We recently had an interesting discussion about possible links between inflammation, the vagus nerve and AF. So I was very interested to read part of an article about hayfever in this today's issue of the i newspaper. I can't give a link but you may be able to find it on line. Under the heading 'Alcohol

Taking antihistimines while on NDT and adrenal support...
I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts on the above. I have taken medication for hayfever for decades and i'm sure it's no good in the long run and has contributed to my health issues. BUT when that ole' pollen gets up in the summer ( like now!) I am almost frantic with hayfever and find it hard
