Morning all ..... After a trip to the hospital last Friday for bloods and a skin prick allergy test, using public transport, I've picked up a stinking cold..... Feeling annoyed because I've been really careful where I've been and used antibacterial lotions !!!

That is so infuriating. Fingers crossed for you. Take manuka honey it's great for anti bacterial use. Eat it /drink it...whatever suits you best. Good luck

Know how you feel - started with sore throat on Tuesday evening, cold came out yesterday and peak flow already down to 300 so started steroids today. SO fed up 
I hope and pray your cold is better soon. Have pick up a bad cold too. Dose up on parcemtol and ibrofe. Chest fine though
