Hay fever - possibly?
Hi I am in need of your thoughts please people. having just completed C25K I am loving my new fitter life as I continue to run further and faster. However over the past month maybe 6 weeks I find my self sneezing for hours post run. Now I have never before had hay fever, I have always been an outdoorsy

Food and running
I am after a bit of advice please as I haven't quite worked out the right balance of food and running. I have tried getting up in the morning and going for a run first then eating breakfast after but find my energy levels aren't the best. Also tried running a few hours after food but find myself burping
