PAF from allergy/hay fever remedies?
I’ve had increasingly frequent episodes of PAF recently. Last year I went for over a year without any PAF before having an episode in December. I had another episode 3 months later in March of this year and now a third episode only 11 days later. I’m concerned that the condition is becoming more frequent

New allergies/intolerance/sensitivities
Do you find you have developed new allergies/intolerance/sensitivities since having hashimoto's or hypothyroidism? My biggest has been becoming dairy intolerant. But have developed other weird ones too... -unable to use certain toothpastes, no idea why -can't touch plastic to my lips as it itches

I am not sure what to do…
I adopted kitten recently, something I have wanted for a long long time. I love her so much. But, the past week, my asthma has been so out of control that I had to go to the ER on Friday night. My airways just closed up. I was prescribed an epipen in case it happens again. The last thing I want to

Apixaban allergy
Am I the only one on this site allergic to both Riveroxaban and apixaban ? First I could not stop itching and then I came out in hard dry itchy patches! I am trying now to take an allergy tablet with apixaban every day and see how that works. I was on warfarin for 15 years without any problems. So

A line of reasoning?
morning gang.As my disease progresses I seem to have more allergy symptoms (itchy nose, roof of mouth, eyes etc). I looked this up in conjunction with Parkinson’s. Apparently people who get hay fever are more likely to get PD than those who don’t. They both stem from brain inflammation. So I thought

Itchy tear ducts- not dry eye
Anyone? Every so often I get insanely itchy upper tear duct in my left eye, sometimes a little bit in the lower one. Occasionally the right eye too.It never makes my eyes water, feel gritty, or uncomfortable; it is specifically itchiness. Sometimes I give in and rub it, but then a cycle starts and

Allergic Asthma
Hi AllLooking for advice or perhaps just to know that I'm not alone and someone else found their way off this merry go round. I'm a 59 year old Developer and was very keen on sport all my life. Both my grandfather's died of lung "disease" (I watched one taking his last breaths, horrible). My GP warned

IBS and Amitriptyline
I have started taking Amitriptyline 10mg a day for Post infectious IBS-D. The whole week was ok with no symptoms but since yesterday, it started again while I ate some food out of my diet routine. My question is do I need to stick to low FODMAP diet while taking medicine or can I eat any food? Also

Humidifier versus Dehumidifier
I'm Severe Asthmatic and I also suffer from Frequent sinus infections, allergies and ear problems. I've heard good things about Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers for Asthma but I'm not sure which one would be better for me, my house also has issues with mould and damp. Could someone advise me on this?

Possible histamine related allergy NDT
Hello A week ago had my prescription for NDT doubled from 1/4 grain to 1/2 grain twice a day. I've been on 1/4 grain for 6 months. In the last month I have noticed my anti-histamine reactions have become quite bad. Does anyone know if NDT is high histamine? it comes from pork which supposedly is
