Had a bad day.
I would like to put my hands around the neck of the person who decided that I needed hay fever, eczema, allergies, anaphylaxis, IBS, trochanteric bursitis in both hips and RA. All I will say is that they wouldn't survive! Today no mini bus from the car park, had to walk to the bus stop. I started first

Hi, just wondering if anyone out there can help or even sympathize! I was diagnosed with asthma when i was about 10 but it was just very mild with only the blue/brown inhalers and all was fine. There was the occasional sharp chest pains but nothing too bad. About a year ago i was having an asthma attack

Week 3 for me!
Just into week 3. Have been uploading my calories etc to nutracheck. Still don't feel I know what I'm doing yet. Have joined the Monday weigh-in and have been going to the gym. I have lost a little weight & amazingly 5cm off my waist. But have many food intolerances/allergies so am often swollen.

Tonsillitis & Angioedema
I am recovering from Tonsillitis which seems to have triggered Angioedema which swelled my lips and Tongue dangerously. Two trips to A&E. Now referred to Allergies clinic for testing. Do I need to have my Tonsils removed as they have troubled me a lot over the years?

NHS Food allergy testing, Is it reliable?
Hello everyone, one last question (sorry) I have finally got a food allergy skin testing appointment (for next year) Apparently if you think you are allergic to fruit or veg, you have to bring the fruit and veg along - If I knew what I was allergic to then I wouldn't need the test. Is this reliable

Bad allergies with parietal cell antibodies?
Hey it's me again! For those of you that have this antibody, do you notice bad allergies or intolerance to food and also the every day environment. I ask because I was doing some research and I read a lot about histamine release and it might have been the foggy brain but I think it releases a lot. I

Hi All For those of you who remember me you may have assumed I had yet again gone off the rails and left the forum to plunder the local sweet shop. Never! Well - not this time at least. I have just been really busy with the new job and compared to the last job - where I sat on the net all day! - its
