Thyroid Tests and Fertility/FET
Hi I would really appreciate some advice from someone who knows about Thyroid/TSH results. I feel like I am losing my mind thinking about this but I think I may just be stressing myself out unnecessarily and overthinking things since going back into the IVF world. Long story short, I underwent fertility

Fluctuating AMH Levels and then huge decline in one year.
Hi, I am just interested in whether anyone has been in a similar position. I am 34. I had my AMH and AFC tested 3 months before I turned 34. My AFC was good at 19 but my AMH was low for my age at 8.9. Two weeks later, I got my AMH retested and it was 6.2. I thought AMH wasn’t meant to change that much

To freeze or not to freeze
I have low AMH 4.1pmol and I'm 34 in 1 week! My 4 year relationship has just broken down as per all the stress and strain of trying for a baby for 3 years and failed IVF. I'm considering freezing my eggs and preserve my chances of being a mum but do I need to panic and start doing that yet? I was

CIRRHOSIS & BREAST CANCER?
My husband, now 84 has been on and off here since his cirrhosis diagnosis post
AIH
January 2014. He has gone from compensated to decompensated with a 6 month prognosis back to compensated, problems with a large portal vein thrombosis and varices but otherwise remarkably fit and pretty stable.

i have depression, suicidal ideation and I don't know what to do.
it took me two weeks to taper from lexapro to Cymbalta. I've now been on Cymbalta since 10.14.22 (2 weeks) at 60. I'm also on lithium. I have had very weird side effects. It was very hard for me to sleep. Sometimes 3 or 4 hours, sometimes up all night. We kept switching Cymbalta from day to night and

Scared and feel defeated already re IVF
Hi all, I know this sounds bad but I’m currently going through a IVF and I’m just so worried it’s not going to work for me. I am trying to remain positive but my mind is in a dark place and it’s taken over. I don’t know what I’m going to do if it fails or I have a miscarriage I just feel so drained.

PBC/AIH1 Positive
Just as I was wrapping my head around my April PBC diagnosis and taking Urso (which does seem to me improving my liver enzyme levels) a liver biopsy also confirmed that I am also positive for autoimmune hepatitis type 1 (AIH1). I know PBC and other autoimmune conditions tend to run in packs. Does anyone

Clinic recommendations
Hi everyone, hope you’re all having a very happy Christmas! I am looking for some recommendations for our next and likely final go at ivf. I am 41 next week, have very low AMH due to stage 4 endometriosis and high fsh and only one Fallopian tube. We did a few tries last year but never got to collection

Is fibrosis f2 reversible?
I was told it was mild fibrosis but online charts indicate f2 as 'significant fibrosis with evidence of progressive liver disease' I have
AIH
& am taking budesonide 9mg daily. My LFTs have started to normalise so it will be pretty accurate.

Low Ovarian Reserve and Laparoscopy
Hi. After much to-ing and fro-ing I think we've finally come to a decision about our next steps. We are fed up of going through endless fresh cycles and think we will now move towards transferring the one and only euploid we have. First, however, I want to undergo some tests to ensure my body is in

pregnancy post surgery
Hi everyone, Curious peoples’ experiences getting pregnant without ART post laparoscopic surgery? Especially for those that started with low amh levels and who had one endometrioma removed. Weighing whether we should freeze our eggs before surgery or not. Thanks!

5AA embryo IVF transfer failed
Hi Ladies, I am really struggling today. I am 28 and have been ttc for 2 years now. It is deemed unexplained. Just finished my first IVF ICSI NHS round. 14 eggs retrived, 11 mature, 9 fertilised, 2 x 5 day embryos. 5AA was used for fresh transfer (was told this is the best grade so was very hopeful)

endometrioma- surgery- pregnancy outcomes
Hi everyone, So appreciate everyone’s stories. I’m 34, have low amh (5.3pmol/L), and was recently diagnosed with endometriosis. I have a relatively small (so I’ve been told) endometrioma in my right ovary and adhesions between my colon and uterus, and also my right ovary and uterus. We found all this

Zolpidem users: a debilitating surprise awaits at 65
I took Zolpidem (a.k.a., Ambien) for 12 years. Last spring my doctor cut off my prescription without discussion. Around the same time my brother's doctor cut his prescription from 10mg to 5mg without discussion. At same time a fellow employee of my brother had her prescription cut off – without discussion
