What kind of therapy should I try? (trigger warning)
Social anxiety and
agoraphobia
crept back and probably worse than what it was a few years ago. It's been a tough year health wise, my son is now well and doing amazing, my mother rejected me all over again and it's all taken it's toll and last month my anxiety spiked the worst it has all year.

Newly wed, soon to be newly divorced.
When I came here I developed extreme anxiety, which lead to severe panic disorder with
Agoraphobia
. I had to drop out of college, I wasn't able to pick up a job, or even leave the house a lot of the times.

Greetings everyone.
Body dysmorphia, CPTSD, Bipolar 2, CFS, panic attacks, social phobia and
agoraphobia
. I am being made to claim PIP and i am afraid i will not cope with the assessment face to face. And i know they twist and lie about every single thing.

Energy crashes and feeling anxious
I've
agoraphobia
so it was a huge test and I'd been worried all day incase I couldn't do it. Not panic just anxiety churning in my stomach. I could barely eat all day , I felt far too sick. I managed a jacket potato and bean and some oats. I couldn't eat tea I picked at a few potatoes.

Extreme Health Anxiety?
I had multiple panic attacks a day and I started to develop
agoraphobia
where I couldn't leave my "safe zone". I couldn't go to school for a long time. This time was so hard for me, and in this time I've ran to the hospital about 6 times, called 911, and had extreme panic attacks everywhere.

Is it normal to feel like this? Sorry to post again
Since then I felt really good, I started doing a lot more housework, I walk my dog for 10 minutes a day and started doing exposure work for my
agoraphobia
. i was going to a shop 3 nights a week. I was feeling much stronger and less anxious.

Hello
I also developed social anxiety and
agoraphobia
symptoms. I've been free from this condition for many years but, a few weeks ago, it seemed to return out of the blue.

Crushing fatigue but bloods are fine. Any suggestions?
I still feel absolutely shocking - fatigue, cognitive fuzziness,
agoraphobia
- and I need to do something about it. Any thoughts? I'm just desperate for a plan B to keep me optimistic. This is what I'm considering: 1) Adrenals.

PIP home visit
Agoraphobia
. During the home visit the " health care worker " spoke at length about herself . I know what her previous job was , her recent divorce . her kids names & where she lives . Not the type of information she should really share .

HOPING FOE GOOD NEWS -SORT OF...
Since I've b een suffering with
agoraphobia
for the last 7 years or so I'm not very good at following up with my docs. Consequently I haven't seen my hemotologist since 2010 when I had a stroke and he diagnosed me with Factor 5 Lieden thrombophelia and Lupus anticoagulation.

What to do after bad exposure therapy?
I am trying to fight this
agoraphobia
thing head on and I am combining it with things I used to enjoy - I went walking today with my dog and brother, and sat on a bench outside waiting for my brother to come back from the grocery store.

Applied for PIP and didn't get :(
Have been waiting a home visit health assessment for ESA for 5 months now, before my payments can go up, and still nothing so I have phoned and am awaiting an appointment to go in, which is going to be difficult with the
agoraphobia
(which is why I requested a home visit).

A little off topic, facing my fear tomorrow and very scared
I started with anxiety and
agoraphobia
in 2013 after my brother attacked me and I lost my grandmother suddenly. My family cut me off as I refused to ever forgive my brother and let him back in my life as it was a dangerous risk to my children.
