Anybody here get stimulated by benzos?
It's as if when I take a Xanax or klonopin, all of sudden fear melts away,
agoraphobia
is gone and not keeping me sitting on my ass. It sorta gets me to pump my chest and go out and tackle life. I have only had a drowsy effects from benzos less than a handful of times in 10 years.

Agoraphobia? Who else suffers
Hi everyone! I am looking for any advice on being agoraphobic. I never leave my house and when I do it’s major anxiety like I feel like something bad is going to happen if I do. Is there anyone else who suffers from this? Please help a girl out!

Phew, that was a hot one.
Pleased to say I did not feel like the sky was going to fall down on me, so no affects of
Agoraphobia
thankfully from house arrest in a flat with no garden. Then the reverse journey along with climbing the 3 flights of stairs when I got home. I will be repeating that day out again soon.

Agoraphobia or what?
For more years than I can remember, I've not been comfortable being " out and about ". Not a big fan of crowds, . It's difficult to get out and go shopping, or traveling. Hard to explain really. So I choose to live ( and am happy to be able to) up in a small mountain community. Anyone else experience

In search of something better
I am diagnosed with PTSD and Panic Disorder with
agoraphobia
, I'm afraid it tends to define me, but not entirely. I think I'm somewhere in the middle of my journey. Hi!

Being alone
I have
agoraphobia
and social anxiety so connecting with people in the real world probably isn't going to happen. It affects me online too. I don't use social media because it's too depressing and it reminds me of how little I have in common with most of the people I know irl.

Blowing up because I felt backed into a corner
A little bit of background info- I live in the middle of nowhere, I don't drive, I have PTSD with panic disorder and
agoraphobia
. I have to rely on the kindness of others to get the most basic things (I haven't gotten my mail in over a month), far too much is out of my control.

Face your Fears
I feel like I got more
Agoraphobia
than Anxiety itself. Gotta talk to my therapist about it this Friday. I keep reading that in order to get rid of
agoraphobia
you gotta get out there and face the fear.

Active Tb
I think I have developed
agoraphobia
as well. Regarding the side effects, these are mild. Some gastrointestinal side effects (bloating), dysosmia (feeling that something is burning after taking pyrazinamide) and polyarthralgia. I try to stay strong and believe that everything will get better.

First appointment
The therapist from the same clinic put me down as having General Anxiety and
Agoraphobia
. Although I’ve been feeling better lately I’m still gonna see what she says about my condition.

Experiences of increasing sertraline dose from 50mg to 100mg?
I've been on Sertraline for anxiety,
agoraphobia
, and depressive tendencies since the beginning of December 2020. After a rough two weeks of side effects I felt miraculously better, like a brand new person. Seriously, I couldn't believe it.

Personal Hell
Hi I’m 43 and have
agoraphobia
. I take 20mg of escitalopram. I’m going through withdrawals from hell, slowly tapering off clonazepam. Feeling overwhelmed, sad, sick, lonely, scared, this is very hard to do on my own. I work full time and feel like I’m going crazy.

Looking for a new job
But this is also part of self ERP I would be doing for my
agoraphobia
. But deep in me I feel like I want a new job. I’ve been doing the same thing for 12 years now. I can also do things at home that will give me income. I have options so that’s the good thing

The scary world outside my front door
I deal with
agoraphobia
because of panic disorder (which has been diagnosed as a symptom of PTSD) and have found it incredibly difficult to get out.
