Hello Dear Friends, I am 20 months into the PMR journey. Pain isn't so much an issue anymore just occasionally as well as some stiffness. I am 5 days on 11.5 this week having dropped from 12 using the DL plan. This is the lowest I have ever been able to get to. My current problem for the last two

Should I be worried!
Hello I recently went to doctor with upper right quadrant pain and a swollen feeling in my right side. I had gallbladder out five years ago. They did a full CBC all came back normal. How much adrenal cortex is there in whole adrenal...?
Does anyone have any idea how much adrenal cortex whole adrenal approximately contains? I have been on 250 mg of adrenal cortex extract for the past year, after weaning off Medrol for adrenal fatigue, and have felt wonderful on it. But I have just started taking a supplement containing, among other things

I need help deciding:
I was diagnosed with PMR last Dec. and am currently on 9.5 mgs (day 1). I live in the USA and am on a Medicare Advantage Plan through my former employer, Kaiser Permanente an HMO. I've been with Kaiser for almost 30 years and have had no real complaints. But if I'm going to maximize the possibility

can I get pd in 3 weeks follow up
High blood pressure meds. calcium beta blockers. or ace inhibitors. that's what I was expected the ones on here longest to be asking me.. I believe these type of meds slow your heartbeat down or keep it at a steady rate. maybe they're PD MEDS are not getting a good delivery to where they should going

Oxygen
I have been using the oxygen for just over a week now and what a difference it has made. I have to trial cylinders and a portable concentrator, so off we went to Devon with both last week and I practised. I can't believe the difference that a comparatively low 2l/m has made. I have been walking a bit

Atrial Fibrillation after 100 days on Ibrutinib
I’ve been on Ibrutinib for 100 days with almost no side effects. Today, when I was being prepared for cataract surgery, it was cancelled because atrial Fibrillation was detected. I hear that probably I will be taken off Ibrutinib which disappoints me since it has been working so well.. WBC has gone

Third Eylea, feeling positive.
My eye feeling so much better since my third Eylea injection, hope it's working. The distortion gone, for now, keeping fingers crossed. Taking lutein too. I also had lucentis for nearly a year 4-6 weekly. Eating lots of spinach, eating tomatoes from garden, kidney beans.
