I am a diabetic since 20 years. I underwent foot surgery in 2012. From that day on wards I am visiting my doctor at intervals as advised by him .I am strictly follow his advice .I take GEMER 1mg twice a day along with ZOMELIS 50mg. My HbA1c was constantly 6.5 to 7. As i am a rice eater I follow my original food pattern of general rice preparations chappathi at night for three days a week.
As attracted by advertisements I took BGR 34 2+2 along with usual english medicines for 100 days..This time my HbA1c was 8.5. I am narrating my experience without any comment.

When I am comfortable with my food habit I made this mistake of adding BGR34. Why should suffer in my food habit and take BGR 34.wasting around Rs600 per month. My experience says adding BGR 34 one has to limit carbs intake otherwise it is not necessary as in my case.Again I reiterate I mentioned my experience without any comment and I never solicited advice. Since my B/s level has come down after I discontinued.
Please note that BGR 34 has limited effect on blood sugar level. However it is not responsible for increasing Blood Sugar. Please look into your diet pattern or other cases for increase in HbA1c. It is not BGR 34. I have been taking BGR 34 in addition to my regular medicines. I feel that it is keeping my Blood Sugar level slightly lower say 15 to 20 points. My Hb A1c is 6.8 which reduced from 7.3
Chapthi and rice may not be a good choice if you want to control the sugar . Try millets (foxtail,Finger millet,Kodo millet) which have required carb and more important they are high in fiber , in less than 3 months you will see great improvement and your medicine requirement will come down to very minimal. Exercise is must
