I don't know the answer to your question but if it were me I would avoid alcohol rather than take any risks.
Thanks for your response. That is what I have been doing my whole life except for a couple periods, having an underlying condition such as CVID which has most afected my digestion. However, I would not mind a glass of wine or beer in special occasions.
