Introducing Retire16

Hi, I was diagnosed with RA 23 years ago at age 45. I have very little joint damage due to biologics and methotrexate. When one biologic stops working, there’s another! I’m currently having trouble getting active again after a recent surgery and feeling the results! I KNOW I have to keep moving! Just need the right push back to yoga, water aerobics, walking... Looking forward to meeting other fighters!!
