WEIGHT LISE PROGRAMME

Hi there can anybody give me any info on the NHS weight lose programme as im getting over bloodclotss to my heart and lungs and three drugs I'm on are renowned for weight gain and I'm suffering with underactive thyroid and I am riddled with osteoarthritis which doesn't help. I have a poor appetite and I've lost 8kgs. Since I fell down stairs 11 months ago which caused the blood clots, I dont have much energy and im eating anything between 900 to 1300 cals a day. Plus I cant eat eggs or cheese or pork, I eat baked fish and dont eat fried foods only once a month I am treated to a home cooked curry that 1450cals. Im on Stevia I can not do aerobics or hard energy things but I try my best but my G.P. talks to me as if I'm wasting his time or is rude by just types and doesn't look at me since my Dermology Consultant Informed him I was suffering from underactive thyroid and he seems to belittle me its most off putting. It puts me off as my partner tried to make me an appointment before I had my fall after my flu jab which I shouldnt have had as.I cant eat eggs. Sorry for the long message but I'm at my whits ends with it all. Hopefully somebody might give me some help or info. Thankyou
