Low blood pressure from ADT? After almost 2 years on Orgovyx my blood pressure continues to drop.
Iāve seen reports here where most men on
ADT
have rises in blood pressure. Mine continues to drop dramatically while exercising and sometimes just walking around the house. But normal blood pressure is 112/80 with a resting rate of 52 and O2 levels at 95 to 97.

strange drop in PSA
I've actually never heard of PSA being this low except when on
ADT
or I guess in much younger men. I can't get another test for 3 months. Any ideas out there?

question: I know that there are protols for regular blood PSA and sometimes Testosterone when on SOC following RT and during the 2-3 years
ADT
(with localised high risk G9-10).

The importance of training your legs (if you can, of course)
Here's how:
- Hormonal Response:
Leg exercises, especially those that engage large muscle groups (like squats and deadlifts), can lead to an increase in the secretion of growth hormones ( and testosterone, but this is not the case on
ADT
).

Bloodwork after 4 weeks of SRT and 6 weeks of ADT
I started
ADT
6 weeks ago and SRT 4 weeks ago. I just got my bloodwork back. My PSA went from .373 prior to treatment to .148. Is this where I should be at after these many weeks of treatment. Thank you for your answer in advance

A Neophyte's Experience with a Gummy
Started
ADT
(Orgovyx) five weeks ago. Most symptoms exacerbate existing conditionsāfatigue, painful hips and shoulders, and sore feet. New effects are depression, mental confusion, hot flashes, chills, headache, and mild flu symptoms to start.

Regulolix [Orgovyx]
My Dr claims that Regulolix doesn't " play well with other

orals-guess of the "lutamide family " I listed above. I heard there are those that are taking Rugulolix with these "lutamides" and I am wondering whether they have experienced problems with these combos.

Celebrex and Curcumin and Magnesium.
I take 20 mg of atorvastatin which I just started when I started
adt
. No libido at all. Some weight gain. Energy pretty good for a guy going on 74. This has been a long road and I must give credit to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the strength to endure and answer to prayers.

ADT, Weightlifting, protein and vegetarian diet
I've been on the full
ADT
regimen for two years, and while I have not been able to gain much muscle mass, I've kept what I started with a maybe firmed it a bit with weight training.

mCRPC. Total PSA is up from 1.2 to 2.1 in 2 months, but free PSA went to 14% from 5%. Can this be hyperplasia, or in ADT any PSA up is PCa?
Can this be hyperplasia, or in

Radiation
I am faced with starting a six dose regimen of taxotere now since
ADT
does not seem to be working according to PSMA scans. My psa remains at 1.8 even though the scan showed a small tissue met to shoulder area (no bone). The met did not cause any psa increase. I am a bit gun shy on the chemo.

SBRT vs EBRT
We decided on SBRT +
ADT
. Found out today that the SBRT supplier has declared bankruptcy and the hospital can no longer offer SBRT. Since my PSA went from 5.5 to 8 in 10 months, my RO felt EBRT +
ADT
+ 1x seeds would be a better option anyway. Anyone in same boat? Other options? Opinions?
