declining psa #7

Gm ladies n gents, I’m here to give my results as promised post Rp, rad, and 7 mo of adt. Solely using ivermectin, cbd oil, turmeric, zinc and now testosterone boosters ashwagandha, cordyceps extract and diindolylmethane(dim) which is an estrogen blocker.

Psa has dropped to 1.29 down from 1.34 last month and 1.92 nine months ago, testosterone at 467. Meet w Mo quarterly last week and he continues to b pleased n rather impressed as he said if there’s cancer psa would def b rising while not on adt. Wants me to continue protocol but now test every 6 weeks as opposed to every 4 and do a psmA scan in Jan a year after my first to confirm results n be on safe side.

I’m not saying this is for everyone but scientifically speaking it seems to be working and I would encourage everyone to read as much as possible about what May work for their own situation. Good luck to all in beating this disease and let’s hope for a cure soon…

God bless..😁😎😇😇

Oh assume that your ADT is lupron?

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply totennis4life

It was first 3 mo then orgavix 4 mo for a total of seven months. Now I’ve been off for over 9 mo…

Thanks for the post Nfler!!! Your results are very encouraging.

My MO was loked in the SOC a few months ago but now calls me the miracle child. Now he is very interested in the alternative treatments. PSA .108 now

I am taking IVM, Melatonin, Turmeric. I will ask my functional medicine NP about the cordyceps extract and DIM. Sounds like those make sense to add in there. Are you still taking the apricot seeds?

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toMC130J

Thank you but yours sounds even better and is refreshing to hear these MO’s are receptive to these effective treatments, rather than continue putting people on adt which we all know usually doesn’t kill the cancer ♋️. In all reality adt is the harmful alternative treatment, where as ivm, melatonin, turmeric, cbd oil, amygdalin should be the nutrients studied n be the soc..

Yes I still take peach, plum, cherry and apple seeds occasionally, maybe 3x/week and cut down the ivm to 2/Wk and adjust it accordingly…

It’s really impressive to see your psa so low w your regiment, keep up the good work and God bless you for not giving in and going w what you thought was right…

You as well. I hope some others chime in with their experiences as well.

Maybe your RP and ADT got the cancer and you need nothing.

No read my previous posts, couldn’t get psa below .5 after trx and as soon as I added ivm immediately went to .11 within 1 week compared to7 months. Furthermore when I would get off adt psa would shoot to 6-7 pre ivm, then w ivm n no Adt it went to 1.92 and then my seven posts Of declining psa.

I give radiation ☢️ a lot of credit but even then it drops psa 50%/3 months on average and ivm dropped it 90% in one week…

Please help me understand from WHERE did you START -- r.e. your Gleason Scores from biopsy

TIA

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toaddicted2cycling

Sure, Gleason 7 w 12 cores + at biopsy... Rp Jan 2022, Gleason 3+5 pirads 5 @surgery. Psa went to 9/12 post op…. Started lupron May, zytiga July, radiation Aug, couldn’t get psa below .50, got off adt psa went to 6-7. Went back on adt then discovered ivm, psa instantly dropped to.11 from .47… went back off adt and then started documenting my posts, psa started at 1.92 and has been dropping ever since, 7 months n counting to 1.27 currently…

What brand or type of ivm and where do you buy it?

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply todouble-d

I get it from all day chemists out of India, they seemed to b the most recommended and have had great service from them. I get the ivermectol and I believe ivermex 12 mg tabs, 60/$100, takes about 3 weeks to receive…and they follow up during whole process

Thanks. I have advanced prostate cancer, a hip bone, and lymph nodes. 39 beam radiation treatments. Blood test shows 0.03 testo and 5 psa. Another blood test in 3 weeks. So fenbendazole, and vitamins and prayers and was wondering if I should look at ivermectin and what could be the result and side effects.

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply todouble-d

Fenben n ivm are relatively the same anti viral, anti parasitic n anti cancer from what studies show. So I would go with whichever works best n make sure to add cbd oil as I’ve had great results w it as well. The radiation will do wonders in knocking out a lot of the Pca but usually need more. As far as test goes, one can see you still have a 5 psa w virtually no testosterone so reducing it is very questionable but ivm does help in making resistant cancer cells non resistant again. Keep up the good work n it should get better for you soon…God bless…

I'm happy to see PSA is going in the right direction. Following your posts. Keep posting please.

Hi, I’m new. What’s the rationale for increasing test?

I’m just starting. I’m 52, Gleason 9 (4+5), probable pelvic lymph node spread..I hope not but they enlarged, but will see, awaiting body imaging.

Thank you!

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toFamMan

Well the latest thinking is that test is not what causes Pca but rather low testosterone causes more androgen receptors in turn causing cells to divide, somewhat complex. At Gleason 9, I would incorporate ivm with any treatment u decide to go with, soc or not along w cbd. It’sa tough decision but read as much as you can and always keep an open mind, you’ll know a lot more when your scan comes back, hopefully it’sa psmA scan…

FamMan profile image

thanks. I’ll look for literature on the testosterone item. Or anyone to give clinical experience? On increasing test and outcomes? I stopped my tongat Ali for a life insurance blood test, PSA was up, close to 10, started it again, got another PSA this time through doc, so different lab, but dropped to under 9. Lots of variables. Bur caught my attention. I also stopped cordyceps and ashwa which didn’t feel great.

Thanks for the psmA tip.

I’m looking into ivermectin, apocaps, lutimax, Neoplasene oral now called Sunn solution, (bloodroot), CBD, Berberine with tocopherols and lecithin, modified citrus pectin, low dose doxycycline, low dose naltrexone, mixed beta glucan mushrooms, liver protection, and chronotherapy, especially with the drugs as time of day matters.

I need to be very careful with cytochrome inhibiton p450 and metabolism. I’m on atorvastatin and may need to lower the dose so I don’t overdose myself by blocking breakdown. I need to be very careful with bloodroot.

I’m a vet with a lot of experience in cancer care for a long time. I was not impressed with amygdalin personally.

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toFamMan

Wow you really got it down.. I wish I wouldn’t have done the Rp or any of the heavy trx for that matter, until I’d tried the ivermectin n cbd as they seem to b the most effective but the amygdalin seemed to drop the psa even further. So you have a chance to do what I originally wanted to do, keep us posted and you def have our support. I took ivm 40mg/ every other day for a total of six doses, then 19 mg/4 days week n3 days off as maintenance…

FamMan profile image
FamMan in reply toNfler

I’m probably going to have them cut out what’s possible regardless. The reason is that hot malignancies eventually mutate and get resistant and then the tools stop working and we have to ramp up later and toxicity goes up.

But this is all new to me. I have a 6 yr old daughter on the autistic spectrum and it makes me literally want to vomit thinking of her trying to cope with my loss. So I’m here for the duration no matter what.

have you spoken to a clinician on the testosterone item or do you have links?

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toFamMan

That’s probably wise n to b on the safe side for your daughter and then u can really hone in on the ivm n cbd post op. Dr Geo Espinosa has the latest on testosterone n cancer ♋️ on his podcast which u can view on YouTube.. Good luck

I’m just doing a lit review on testost /pca. Clearly supressing test to abnormally low levels is a bad idea. Can’t believe ADT is used routinely.

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toFamMan

Yes it’s ridiculous but at 5k/ mo for lupron n 10k/mo for abiraterone n ivm at about $19/mo, which do you think they want to do clinical trials on…!

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toNfler

Not to mention test is about $100/mo

FamMan profile image
FamMan in reply toNfler

So it looks like most of the positive responses to ADT came out of Japan. There are some differences related to whether or not pca is metstatic vs. locally invasive or confined to prostate or whatever. But generally it seems Asian men respond a lot better than caucasians to ADT based on the studies.

“Although further large-scale prospective studies are awaited, Asians, including Japanese, may be expected to benefit more from ADT than Caucasians”

what’s your body weight? For ivermectin calculation

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toFamMan

I’m 219, which is 100kg for easy math and I take 15-19 mg four days week. To try n kill tumors the rec dose is .4 mg/kg body weight hence I took 40 mg for my 100 kg bodyweight for a total of six doses in 12 days… Hope this helps

CrocodileShoes profile image
CrocodileShoes in reply toNfler

Just so that I'm clear: my IVM are 12mg strength. I'm a smaller guy than you, so should I take IVM at 12mg four days on, 3 days off?

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toCrocodileShoes

Yes that’s what Dr. Chen out of Seattle recommends for a smaller individual n 15-19 mg for larger people. It does have an accumulative effect so every three or four months skip a week or cut it down to 2xwk which is what I’m on currently. Also make sure incorporating cbd zinc n curcurmin to follow Tippen’s protocol which seems to be very effective in general. Good luck And lmk if your have any other questions and keep us posted w hopefully great results…😁

Ordered Ivermectin (without a Dr prescription) from AllDayChemist in India. The shipment I was advised by email, after a 5 week no show, was coming out of Eastern Europe. The online tracking of the package was not very informative.

But eventually I found out what happened to my IVM when a letter arrived in the post from Australian Border Force authority, they had seized it & because I couldn’t provide a doc’s prescription, they destroyed it.

Australia had banned IMV importing during pandemic but lifted it 6 months ago. But drugs needing prescription won’t arrive.

Will now need to ask my urologist if he will write a script.

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toAshski

Oh man sorry to hear that, very unfortunate. I was lucky as I’ve ordered n received it three different times and they were very good in following up. I’ve also gone down to Mexico n picked it up in person, idk if that’s an option for you. Also you may want to let all day chemists know that u have not received your order see if there’s anything they can do to replace it. Drs here probably won’t give you a rx because big pharma dictates what Drs can prescribe and they don’t make any money on ivm, so it’sa long shot if one can get them to do it. Good luck n hopefully you can attain some soon…

Ashski profile image
Ashski in reply toNfler

I should have added, AllDayChemist were good, they have communicated promptly & offered a refund. Having a problem though with that method through PayPal account for some reason. But it's not really ADC's fault, they do ask for a prescription when ordering. Just another example of Australia being a nanny state, it didn't surprise me, authorities want to dictate every aspect of our lives. Australians love rules & governments love threatening & fining citizens for stepping out of line.

Nfler profile image
Nfler in reply toAshski

Oh that’s great on adc’s genuinely making things right. Yes it’s crazy how nanny Australia has become, worse than it is here in the U.S., anyway maybe reorder n ask them to redirect outside of Australia unless you live there… Good luck in attaining it…
