After 3 years of taking it, no more Methotrexate for me !!!!!
Apart from my Vitamin D being low recently (I have started on
Adcal
-
D3
and I feel much better). However, I've had some difficulties with my eyes too, a bit of double vision, blurred vision and some funny eye disturbances since the beginning of the year.

Feeling better but the weight/bloating just will not shift - will I always be fat now??
I'm a year in to diagnosis and treatment now and have to say, I am feeling so much better. The last 6 weeks have been the best for me since diagnosis of hypothyroidism. I've achieved this by taking: 125mg Levo 10mg T3 Ferrous sulphate 3 times a day for my ferritin deficiency I take my iron tablets

Vit D3 can I increase my dose?? - advice please.
Having had an initial diagnosis of Hashimotos, with possible Adrenal Fatigue and yet more blood tests pending results, I have been on 4,000iu's of Lamberts Vit D3 per day since I first saw my new specialist; This was the 23rd of April. It feels like another life-time as I have a blurred concept of time

Has anyone suffered hair loss whilst on madopar and amantadine
I take 250 mgs madopar 4 times a day and amantadine tablets twice a day. Also I take 4 adcal ( calcium tablets) a day for bone strength. I did take alendronic tablet once a week but stopped taking it 2 months ago as I thought that was causing my hair loss. As I'm still losing hair has anyone else had

Medicine interactions and frequency.
Im having problems getting my doses to not interact and have optimum absorption. Im on Adcal, so cant take thyroid meds within 4 hours of dose. Cant take thyroid meds with food, so it has to be two hours before. I take thyroid 4 tablets a day, so out of the 16 hours Im awake, that's one every 4 hours

I've got a stress fracture in my foot and I'm worried that this is because of low bone density associated with CD
I know I've got osteopenia in my lower back and hips so I'm on adcal. I was shocked at the stress fracture as I have no pain in that area, just stiffness. Even though I've got osteopenia in my back and hips they were fine during a recent fall from my bike on the ice. I'm worried that this is the start

Swimming with lupus
Hi. I am feeling a little bit adventurous and I will like to take up swimming. I did not learn to swim when I was young and I would like to start now. The thing is, I know most public pools are treated with chlorine. So, does chlorine have any effect on us? Furthermore, I learned that some pools uses

Vitamin D test results - feeling ropey, advice please?
Hi and apologies if this is quite long! I've been trying to get hold of my endo for weeks for a phone consultation but that's not getting anywhere so I was hoping someone could give me a bit of advice on what to do with my vitamin D. I was started on vitamin D3 50,000 IU for 6 days in early February

Pulmonary Fibrosis....
I'm interested in speaking with anyone who has used the 35% hydrogen peroxide / distilled-water solution as a treatment; as well as the other treatments... protein-digesting enzymes, Serracor-NK, Vitamin D3, Serrapeptase, Zell Oxygen immunocomplex, etc. Thank you for your response and suggestions.
