I take low dose aspirin and have done so for years. I have SVT and at one time angina was suspected though not confirmed. Following a recent episode of kidney stones I decided to drop AdCal and take a high dose Vitamin D as I have a calcium rich diet. Several people recommended Vitamin K2 and I have

This is about MS but could this apply to any autoimmune condition
I was doing my usual trawl for Vit D protocol updates and came across this from 2009. Nothing has changed in 11 years but the conclusion of the study suggests that many thousands of people could have escaped the misery of MS. MS is a devastating neurodegenerative disease that imposes heavy burdens

Can I drop AdCal as long as I'm taking high dose Vitamin D?
I saw my GP this morning and my markers indicate that my GCA flare is over - I certainly feel much better. Because I had kidney stones at the same time as the flare I stopped AdCal as calcium supplements were seen as a possible cause of kidney stones; I continued with high calcium diet and Vit D 2000i.u

Taking vitamin D3 and K2 separately
I’ve got a bottle of D3 3000IU and K2 Menaquinone MK7 200ug. I’ve read on here to take them separately at different times of the day. Well after being ill with some sort of virus from the Sunday before Christmas until the Sunday after New Year, I broke my right arm - I’m only right handed! - on Wednesday

Opinion on test results (B12, Folate, D, Iron...)
Hi Can I get an opinion on my blood test results specifically Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D, Iron but there are other test results on there. The first one was private (done in July 19) and the second through GP (done in Oct 19) but GP didn’t test B12. Link to tests: https://imgur.com/1peGK9Y https
