Medicine interactions and frequency.

Im having problems getting my doses to not interact and have optimum absorption.

Im on Adcal, so cant take thyroid meds within 4 hours of dose. Cant take thyroid meds with food, so it has to be two hours before.

I take thyroid 4 tablets a day, so out of the 16 hours Im awake, that's one every 4 hours, so when could I take my Adcal ,and never mind Iron or antacids

Do I have to get used to a 24 hours day or is there an easier way of taking all this stuff which counteracts the other if taken too soon together?

I've tried taking all my Liothyronine at bedtime, but it zombified me about 4pm. Do I up my dose to help over ride the effects of malabsorption?

I take/have taken all my medication in one dose. Whether it was levo, T3, or NDT and it lets you have a more 'free' life than trying to fit everything else around medication.

I tried it but woke up with really dry eyes and then had a but of a crash later that day.

I need to space my dose out or I get worse narcolepsy than usual.

Liothyronine isn't as sensitive to interaction as Levothyroxine. An hour before food is generally acceptable for either or two hours after food. See how you go.
