I am curious to know what vitamins people take and what you regard as essential and what the benefits of these vitamins are? I currently take Vitamin D3 every morning and that is all. But have read posts that mention

Doctor's Best Vitamin D3
Has anyone had experience of this brand of supplement? In Jan 2017 my vit D reading was 63.4nmol/L. I started taking Doctor's Best 5000iu vitamin D3, together with Vit K2,on & off, not sure of what dose I needed but not wanting to overdose, with a view to increasing my vitamin D in line with recommendations

I have always split the dose morning and evening as I found at the beginning it wasn't lasting me 24 hours and would

Help - is this right?
Hi all, I have read yesterday's comments about DEXA scans and taking AA with interest - and concern. After initial diagnosis and getting going on meds (Pred only) my GP said she didn't need to see me until I had reduced to 5mg. As time went on it was clear that this wouldn't happen in a rush and I asked

Vitamin D and increased blood calcium levels?
Hi all I have been on Vitamin D3 1000iu for over a year to address a deficiency. Levels are now fine, but I still keep worrying about the fact people claim it can raise blood calcuim levels :( Obviously calcium in the arteries is a major health risk, so need I worry? Can I check it?
