I'm currently looking into
acupuncture
for help. What I've been reading is that it is getting more recognition for the benefits. Thank you and good luck.

Severe pain mid and upper back
I had an
acupuncture
treatment a week ago and the back pain has intensified to the point that none of the pain meds are really helping. I get some relief floating on my back in the pool. I tried physical therapy for a while, but was so inflamed I really couldn't do much.

Has anyone else with Endo had to go through ivf or did you eventually fall pregnant naturally and does anyone recommend
acupuncture
both for endo and trying to conceive? Also said I need to go straight on mini pill to avoid endo growing back before ivf?

Advice please...
I'm on my second fresh ivf ( I had a failed frozen in between) my Accupuncture lady had suggested I have a scratch but the Ivf nurse said I'd have needed it on my previous cycle. ( my period is due in 2 weeks then I start on day2 , short protocol) what should I do??? Are they beneficial?? Do I need one

Update
She is referring us to a fertility specialist via the NHS and we will both be embarking privately on
acupuncture
, reflexology and Arvigo massage (this one just for me) over the next few months with her blessing - we don't qualify for IVF on the NHS and we can't afford to do it privately.

Still having the
acupuncture
to help with the anxiety but had to admit my Dad into hospital this morning with pneumonia so am really worried and anxious today. I can't even get to the hospital to see him because of my agoraphobia.

However, having had 4 spinal fractures, two proceedures to cement the vertabrae, steroid injections,
acupuncture
, physiotherapy, strong painkillers including morphine patches none of which have really helped, now THAT is pain! don't all shout at me at once, it isn't a competition!

New Oncologist Continued
I am working on doing the best I can by seeking counseling, meditating,
acupuncture
, connecting with the God of my understanding and made some adjustments to my diet. I certainly am doing better than my initial diagnosis in July 2016. For those newly diagnose, this may be encouraging to them.

Advice of what to do next?
Recently I am trying
acupuncture
and Chinese medicine but so far that's no helping. I don't know how much longer I can feel like this. I know other people have it worse and it's spread to there other organs I can't even imagine how they manage because I can't cope like this!!

Tips for IVF prep
I have
acupuncture
which was weekly then I changed acupuncturists and this one likes to see me monthly but on my cycle day 9 / 10. Not sure if that's better but I definitely prefer the second ones approach better. I am also considering reflexology.

Numb bum
I have been having a painful lower back so have been having
acupuncture
. The pain has been helped a lot but I still get a numb bum and top of my legs. I find it difficult to get comfortable. I have been excersing which also helps but cannot get rid of the numbness when I am sitting.

Acupuncture worth the money?
Now I've got a bit of time out, I'm thinking of having some
acupuncture
. Got a bit of a shock at the cost though! Between £60-£45 in my area. Wondered if anyone thought it was worth it? Thanks!! X

Has anyone found something natural that really helped
I will say that
acupuncture
to the ear does work for a couple days but that's it. I have been trying calm drink, stress defy, and got a couple others I just got but was wondering if someone has something that has truly worked.

Should I get hysterectomy/ part of bowel removed? Is it worth it??
I have tried
acupuncture
to no avail and take supplements too. Has anyone tried womb massage? Or, does anyone know where I can go to get it treated holistically? ( I live in Scotland) Apologies for the long post! I would welcome any advice
