Pro Resolving Mediators : reduce neuro inflammation and are easily accessible
I learned of Pro Resolving Mediators from Chris Masterjohn PhD. Is anyone using Pro Resolving Mediators? Quote: “In PD, data suggest SPM are able to cross the blood-brain barrier, inhibit microglial activation and decrease induced markers of inflammation” https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles

My Experience With Magnesium Acetyl-Taurate
It is a bit more unpleasant on my stomach/
acid
reflux
than some other forms of magnesium, such as bisglycinate for example. It isn’t very well known or popular yet, so it could be hard to find, or hard to find at a desired price.

I have just been prescribed obeticholic acid as a 2nd line treatment, and just wondered if anyone has had any side effects, and if so what.

High 80mg daily PPI dose
About two years ago my
acid
reflux
reappeared and I was put back on PPIs. This time it just worsened (and the thing is, I only have refllux issues, nothing else} and my dose was doubled, however it didn't help and I tried various PPIs and Gaviscon.

Combined vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids and a simple exercise program may reduce cancer risk among active adults aged 70 plus
In the "DO-HEALTH" randomized clinical trial with 2,157 relatively healthy participants aged 70 plus, supplementation with daily high-dose vitamin D3 plus omega-3s, combined with a simple home exercise program (SHEP), showed no significant improvement in systolic or diastolic blood pressure, nonvertebral

Alpha lipoic acid
I read recently that alpha lipoic acid may help with pain in the feet and hands, and help you handle glucose. Does anyone know if there are contra indications from breast cancer (and the drugs that treat it) to taking it? Thanks in advance.
