Alendronic Acid
I have just been given alendronic acid by my GP to protect my bones. I have been reading some of the side effects and not sure whether to start this medication. I also read on nhs website that may need advice before taking if you have kidney problems. Does anyone else take this medication? I am thinking

I contacted gp regarding hair loss, anxiety and depression. I have stopped most of my supplements apart from omega 3, vitamin d and magnesium. I take a brazil nut a day too for selenium. As always thank you to this group for its support .

help!!
I have had symptoms on and off for many years Omeprazole for
acid
reflux
which has settled now thankfully and now I swing between constipation and urgent diahorea. I’ve started a food diary and milk seems to be a trigger food along with some others.

Hi all. I had a laparoscopy last week, I was lucky as it was only one month after suspecting I could have endo. Although I think it was the cause of my 6 miscarriages and 2 failed ivf attempts. I’m feeling pretty enraged that not one of the 5 fertility doctors I’ve seen suggested it could be endo, even
