Hormonal Acne - Something finally worked for me!
Hi everyone! I'll try keep this as short as possible. I suffered from acne pretty badly around the age of 11 for a few years, took Roaccutane, it cleared up, medication did it's job. Fast forward to now, I'm 30 ish, lovely basic good quality skincare, no smoking, alcohol, good diet (or so I thought

How long should I stay on AA
I have been taking Alendronic Acid with no problems at all for 2.5 years. How long should one normally stay on this drug and should I be asking for another Dexa scan soon.

I asked Chat GPT what the best supplements to take for PD

Neurotoxins: Free Radical Mechanisms and Melatonin Protection against Molecular Mutilation

2 1/2 year update and Rheumy consultation
To save you delving into my history too much here is a recap and update. I was diagnosed June 2020 and started on 15mg Pred. In 2021 I got down to about 8/7mg but a flare pushed me up again. I tried again a while later but the pain got bad and last summer I went back to 15mg. I was half way through

Sulphoraphane in canola / rapeseed oil?
Now when I see the beautiful yellow rapeseed fields, I wonder if this cruciferous plant, like broccoli, kale and Brussels sprouts, also contains as much sulphoraphane, especially in the concentrated form when cold pressed (bio) oil is made from it. Canola / rapeseed oil would have the lowest percentage
