does everyone with severe osteoporosis have fractures, I get backache after doing every day things like house work does it mean I have had a fracture, I have no problem going for my daily walk, I have read stories regarding people suffering, I am waiting for zoledronic acid infusion but after reading that people are still having fractures after zoledronic acid I don't know if to have it.

Not everyone with Osteoporosis gets fractures. Many people do not get them. Only a doctor ordering an xray or MRI could tell you for certain if you have a fracture. I suspect you would feel pain and discomfort at other times of the day if you do have one, not only when doing one specific activity. If you are concerned that you may have a fracture it might be good to speak with your doctor about it so you don't have to worry anymore.

Peace of mind is priceless 👍 I was a clinical massage therapist for 25 years, if you can find a therapist with a lot of clinical/medical experience, they will be able to address soft tissue (muscle) pain versus bone/skeletal pain. It can be astonishingly helpful to release muscle tension, get blood and lymph flowing, and ease some of your pain. Just a thought. I receive a session myself once a month, it isn't free, but it makes a meaningful difference in my state of being.

I asked on regarding exercises for severe osteoporosis, and if I could do pressups, the reply was God no,I rang ros up and the nurse said regarding exercises its ok for me to do pressups because your spine is straight.

Strengthening muscles can support bones, and exercise can also contribute to bone health. Good for you! It can get confusing for sure, doctors tend to make having osteoporosis sound very scary, so it is easy to become extra cautious, and do less and less physically, which does not contribute positively to our health!
