How can you distinguish overflow?
Hi. My daughter is 4.5 years old. She has been suffering from constipation since she was a baby. We are under a nurse and a consultant. However it is quite difficult to get appointments or advice. Women's physio
Hi there, I was at physio for my shoulder injury and was telling her about my bowel issues which in turn has given me some bladder issues as well, she said about doing something called women's physio therapy which she says can help with incontinence, as I currently have urge incontinence due to chronic

Up and running again.... post achilles pain
After nearly two weeks on injury couch (with a bit of cycling, and lots of cleaning to do to keep me fit and busy), I found myself pacing the lounge desparate to get out... so at 10pm I braved the dark (in lovely moon light) and went out with my two bouncy 'guard' dogs (not) and ran a super slow 2km

Injury strikes.... So unhappy
It's been a rubbish week. Long days at work have meant an extra "rest" day as couldn't fit in a run. So today I went out really excited to get week6 run2 under my belt. First 10mins hard but okay. Jo told me to set off again when my knee decided to pop. Had to hobble back to the car and admit defeat

Episiotomy scar
Hi Everyone, just wondered if anyone has been referred to gynaecology for a painful episiotomy scar? I did have a rather traumatic birth which was complicated by a postpartum haemorrhage and since then my scar has been painful (10 months after giving birth!) 😞 My GP has been fantastic and has recommended

Week 9Run 1
So, was pretty anxious before this run. My last run was five days ago but due to a combination of jet lag, three days of thunderstorms and having to order a different size of running shoes, this is the first day I had a chance to get out. Managed to get out in the morning before it gets too hot over

The story so far...
I started the C25K journey on the 11 March. In that time I've done 68 runs and covered just shy of 300km (I'm not including rugby matches and the distance figure includes the time spent walking during the early interval phase of the plan). Not only am I able to run further and faster than I was before

Back at it
After 10 days of hell resting a groin injury, finally today I got back at it, was up nice and early, gear on and a plan to take it easy, promised myself some walk breaks if things got too much. Also decided for the first time to say goodbye to Jo and run on my own. I was nervous to be honest didn’t know

Bleeding for 2 weeks and lining is too thick 😩
So had my down reg scan today and they have said my lining isn’t thin enough!! I’ve been bleeding pretty heavy for 2 weeks, how is it not thin enough? They have said to stay on the buserelin and have another scan next week before I can move on to the next step. This didn’t happen last time. Anyone

Hello my DD suffers from bed wetting and soemtimes soils a little in the night as well due to suffering from Constipation. I'm not worried about her doing this at night as I would rather it was coming out than not at all. She is 13 so it is very hard to force her to take medicine she refuses to take.

Flare Up of D at Party
Hello, I should be used to it, but a flare up of sudden D coupled with cramps and nausea at a party last week has really knocked my confidence. One not very private loo and people rattling the door as I was in there a long time. I left after that. I was fine all day and had taken a precautionary Imodium

I've been discharged!
Hello everyone! After 2 and a half years of constant hospital visits. I was discharged rom the respiratory clinic this week. My consultant said there is no sign of the pneumonitis but obviously I still have the fibrosis. I sincerely hope that my experience will give some hope to others that NSIP isn't

Oh my gosh I'm back again!
So it's been over 3 months since I've been allowed to run after my foot operation. It's been hard sitting and waiting for my feet to heal but I got the go ahead a couple of weeks ago to start running again. I had a fear that i might have to start C25K again as i had been out of running for so long. I
