So, was pretty anxious before this run. My last run was five days ago but due to a combination of jet lag, three days of thunderstorms and having to order a different size of running shoes, this is the first day I had a chance to get out. Managed to get out in the morning before it gets too hot over here and was a bit unsure about which route to take as I set off. I took it really easy as I am so close to completing the programme I didn't want any injuries. Anyway I did it. I covered only two and.half miles but that's never been an issue for me. My only goal was to run for thirty minutes without stopping. My friend met me on the way back and said I looked like a proper runner.π. Just two more runs. Come Hell or high water I will do this. Hup.

Well done getting out and getting it done despite all that other stuff going on around you. If you can run for 30 minutes you are definitely a runner. Good luck getting to the very end soon πββοΈ π
