For those following my struggle! I had my consultation today and I’m now proceeding to a hysterectomy!
Well it was a strange one, because my consultant again knew very little! They are now requesting the MRI from Airedale (where I went to A & E) and running another one in the next 2 weeks, and then it’s book in for hysterectomy + one ovary! To be fair, I don’t know if he’s taking both! No idea! It’s now

I've been in pain constantly for over 7years now had so many doctors and hospital appointments to be fobbed off all the time, "the saying its all in your head" really gets to me. advice needed
I am not sure if I have PA - symptoms over the last six months include fast heart rate, fatigue, tremors in arms and legs. I put my symptoms down to stress initially as I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer last year and had a hysterectomy in September. Thankfully now given the all clear. my GP

Synarel the alternative to Lupron/prostap - my opinion
So, I refused Lupron/Prostap after doing my own research and having access to legal articles and extra information. Personally, for me it was unsafe and increases too many risks for me. However, this was pushed and pushed on me and I was always left feeling as if they felt I wasn’t willing to help myself

Breast pain
Hi everyone, not new to HealthUnlocked but new to this page. I’m 38 (no kids) and over the weekend I have experienced 3-4 bouts of quite sharp, throbbing breast pain, just on the right side, behind the nipple. I have given myself a thorough going over & can’t feel any lumps or bumps but I’ve NEVER had

Is it coming back?
I’ve had ablation done in September and started to get ibs systems again which disappeared once I had my bowel shaved. I feel like I’ve eaten gluten when I know I haven’t. I’ll be gutted if this hasn’t worked as next step is a hysterectomy and I don’t want anymore surgery

Hysterectomy
Hi, I am new to here and hoping to get some advice. Ive suffered from endometriosis for over 20 years now, I have now been placed on waiting list for a hysterectomy. Feeling positive but at the same time I'm terrified. I dont have any questions just yet but hoping for some advice nearer the time 💛

Curious of symptoms
I was diagnosed with stage 1b endometrial cancer and had a hysterectomy. Was wondering what signs to look for if cancer was to come back on the vagina cuff?

3 weeks after my hysterectomy
Hi All ☺️ Just wanted to post as a few have asked how I’m doing after my total hysterectomy, I know everyone’s experience will be different but for me it’s the best thing I’ve done. I’m still recovering but I have no pain 🥳 moving about going on short walks and just feeling better in myself. Adenomyosis

Sensations after omentum removal?
Hello everyone! In 2016 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had to have extensive radical hysterectomy that also involved the removing of part of the omentum. I was wondering if anyone else feels strange sensations in the stomach area after their omentum removal? I constantly feel a fluttering sensation

Problems post hysterectomy
Hi I had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. I was advised by the consultant that between 10 and 14 days I may experience a ‘gush’ of bleeding/fluids and this was normal. My pain has been mild with the help of painkillers but since Monday (12 days post op) this has got worse and there has been more bleeding

Navigating endometriosis naturally
Hello everybody, I am new on here and would like to share my experience with you. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis 5 years ago at 23 years old, followed by surgery. I'd spent years going round in circles with doctors on meds that make everything worse. The medicines prescribed numb your connection
