I was diagnosed with stage 1b endometrial cancer and had a hysterectomy. Was wondering what signs to look for if cancer was to come back on the vagina cuff?

Hi! I would pay attention to any sudden or unusual symptoms:Vaginal bleeding of any amount; pain during sexual intercourse; pain in the pelvic area; a mass in the pelvic area/or anywhere; unusual weight loss, as well as any other unusual symptom. Any sudden or unusual symptom should immediately be checked out by your doctor. All the best to you!

Yes thank you, I've just had an hysterectomy due to this, with two nodes removed too. Awaiting feedback on treatment.

Hi, Did you undergo any radiation or chemo treatments after your hysterectomy? If not, what made you decide to not to. I am a Stage 1b Grade 1 and not sure if I want to do radiation.
